Simply snap car seat out of the stay-in-car base and into the stroller and go, sleeping baby undisturbed. You can also carry the car seat by its handle to easily and safely transport your infant. Purchase additional car seat bases for your second family car or for the grandparents' car as a cost-effective, convenient, and versatile travel option.P bVersatile Car Seat Doubles as Carrier/bbr The SnugRide Infant Car Seat is a standard, rear-facing car seat is designed for infants between 5 and 22 pounds and less than 29 inches tall, which allows use for most babies from birth through the age of one. The cushiony car seat is built with a five-point front-adjusting harness and EPS energy-absorbing foam for comfort and superior safety, and it includes removable infant head support for additional safety and security. The seat quickly and easily snaps in and out of the stay-in-car base. A sturdy handle allows the seat to double as an infant carrier, making it convenient and safer to transport fragile newborns and sleeping older infants. It includes a 180-degree rotating canopy to shade your baby from multiple directions.P bSturdy and Versatile/bbr Lightweight yet sturdy, the MetroLite Stroller offers roomy yet easy-to-use travel convenience that's perfect for short jaunts around the block to longer excursions to the zoo. Snap your baby's car seat into the stroller for easy, parent-facing transportation until your little one can sit up by herself; use the stroller without the car seat--with your child facing forward--from the time she can sit up (around 6 months of age) until she is up to 40 pounds in weight--so even when your child outgrows the infant car seat, you'll still be using the stroller for years to come. P The stroller features a combination three- and five-point harness, an adjustable sun visor with a peek-a-boo window, and a multi-position reclining seat. Removable infant head supports provide your baby with an extra-comfy ride. A handy storage basket at the bottom provides plenty of room for your gear or shopping purchases; the parent's organizing tray offers two cup holders and additional storage space, and a rotating child's tray in front can keep a cup, juice-box, or snack in convenient reach while on the go. The one-touch brakes and the locks and suspension on the front swivel wheels help make the stroller easy to maneuver and control. When not in use, the stroller's special one-handed fold design and automatic latch makes it simple to collapse for easy storage and transport.P bAbout Graco/bbr In 1942, Russell Gray and Robert Cone formed Graco Metal Products, in Philadelphia, PA. For 11 years, the firm fabricated machine and car parts for local manufacturers. In 1953, Gray left the firm, leaving Cone as sole owner. Cone decided to manufacture his own line of products, but had trouble coming up with ideas. Enter David Saint, an engineer, tinkerer, and stained glass artisan who worked for Graco. Saint, himself a father of nine, was intrigued when an associate told him how his wife would soothe their tired and cranky baby while swinging in a backyard glider swing. Acting on this inspiration, he went to the drawing board and 18 months of hard work later, the world's first wind-up infant swing, the Graco Swyngomatic, was born. Graco sold millions of Swyngomatics in the coming years, becoming one of the world's leading manufacturers of juvenile products in the process. Today, Graco is a Newell Rubbermaid company, with 1500 associates worldwide. While a half-century has brought many changes to Graco, their dedication and commitment to designing and manufacturing top-quality products remains, and continues on.P bWhat's in the Box/bbr MetroLite Stroller, SnugRide Infant Car Seat, and stay-in-car base. br clear="all"

I was in search of a travel system that was pretty, but not too girly. And I came across this one! You'd think, blue and brown = boy. But these colors are more aqua and the brown is a sueded cloth. And there is a small, brown, floral print across both pieces. I get so many compliments on this stroller and carseat. It's so different than the other pink girly ones that Graco has out there. *But if you are looking for a stroller for a baby boy, keep looking, this is definitely a feminine stroller...just not the traditional feminine colors.* We really love it!
br /
br /I'm giving it a 4 because I love the print and it's easy to use, fold, lift. But it's not the "best" stroller out there. This is our "mall stroller" for times when we'll be inside or on flat surfaces most of the time. There is very little shock absorption, so this is not the best stroller for long walks outside on bumpy sidewalks. It's what Graco sells it as, "MetroLite"...designed pretty much for indoor or light outdoor use on flat surfaces.
br /
br /This system is a good deal for the Graco Snugride (highest safety rated carseat) and a functional stroller. We wanted the snugride, the stroller is a nice bonus to plug it into while shopping.

A year into having this stroller... my baby just turned 1, and I hate the stroller. It sucks. It used to open and close easily but not anymore. It's super heavy and clunky. I feel guilty going over bumps on the sidewalk if she's sleeping. I know it must be jarring. The basket is hard to access. I can't think of one good thing about it. It makes me not want to buy another Graco product again. I guess the only good thing about it was in the beginning when I used the infant car seat and clicked the baby in straight from the car. If I had known this would only work well for about 6 months, I never would have gotten it. Also, the infant carseat only works for big babies until about 6 months. If the baby is at all long, this becomes too small very quickly.

I looked at this travel system at a popular baby store, and the price was $100 more than I got it for here. Even though some reviewers complained about the floral pattern, it is very subtle and I think fine for a boy or girl. The set up was easy, and I like the way the car seat snaps into the stroller. The stroller is about 9 pounds lighter than other Graco models and this means saving your back in and out of the car. For the price, if it doesn't last forever, you can't be horribly upset. Also, I ordered this on a Saturday night and it came on Tuesday with the free supersaver shipping. Much easier than the baby super store! I also like the fact that you can buy and extra car seat base for every car that transports your baby so that it goes in and out in a snap. I know parents who did not like travel systems, but that was because the car seat was diffucult to put in and out of the stroller and the car. This problem has been solved with the metrolite.

I have chronic back pain this is a very light stroller to lift. I was going to buy the Quattro, but that was just too heavy for me. This one also folds easily and it is sturdy. The design color are also very nice and can be used for both boys and girls.

This Isabella pattern is beautiful! I wanted something feminine, but didn't want everything in pink. This turned out to be perfect. The carseat is very light, which is what I wanted because I have a bad back. I used the Graco Snug Ride with my first child and was very pleased with it. This one is the same great quality. Very user friendly. I would always recommend Graco, and I am very glad I found this exclusive pattern on Amazon.

Wonderful system. Beautiful blue pattern. Well made, but the basket below is way too small. Folds up very easily, light, and carseat is durable and roomy.

Works :)

We brought this system after good reviews from friends and also some research online. We have been using this for 2 months. It was easy to set up and also love this color. Looks very nice and baby seems to be comfortable in it. Only con is although the description says MetroLite , its not lite by any standard :)..The Stroller and the car seat both are really heavy , I mostly need my hubby to help me on this. Other than that we are very happy with this product.

I actually spent days and days reading reviews before I finally decided on this stroller. And I must say, my daughter and I both love it! It's easy to use, store and take around and I keep getting compliments all day long. If you don't want a pink stroller for your girl, this is a very sweet stoller in light purple.

This stroller just frustrates me. It does not always fold easily and gets stuck often when I try to close it. The basket is hard to access. The fixed canopy does not provide enough shade. The worst part is the basket hinge comes apart from underneath the stroller when I open and close it and sometimes when folding the stroller the seat reclining lever becomes wedged inside the basket. This is very annoying as you have to unfold fix the problem and refold. When traveling this can become a nightmare as you have the fix the problem while holding your child if you child is not yet able to walk. I do not recommend.

LOVE IT!!!

This is the most niceest pattern and design and every time I go to town I have someone compliment on the pattern, but also I is easy to use and it folds away nicely. It;s fairly light weight and my baby sleeps good in it when we go anywhere.

Beautiful. Lightweight. Easy.

This is an excellent system. I was amazed that it even came with the base for the car seat.
br /The biggest thing that attracted my wife and I to this model was the beautiful color scheme and the amazingly lightweight frame and ease of use. I highly recommend. Very easy to travel with.

I recently ordered this travel system, and there was a problem with the 3-position height-adjustable handle. The button that you press to move the handle did not work, so the handle just collapsed down. However, I was very glad that I purchased it from Amazon, since exchanging it for another one was very easy and I didn't have to pay for shipping to send the huge box back. I should get the new one this week with hopefully no problems.

br /I did love the carseat. It was easy to snap into the base and into the carseat and is about 2 lbs lighter than the Graco SafeSeat which I was considering. I don't know if we are having a boy or girl, and I think this pattern is great for either. Although I haven't used this travel system yet, I will have to say kudos to Amazon for being very customer-friendly.

I am buying this system for my boy. At first, I was kind of concerned whether the flowers would be too girly since there is a reviewer complaining about that. However, when I opened the package, I knew that is it! I love the color and the pattern. As to the flowers? No problem for boys at all. Of course, good for girls too. I am a small size mom (5'2"). I love the light weight of the stroller and its height-adjustable handle. I am quite comfortable with the second position of handle(there are totally three positions). I haven't used it yet so I can not say how it performs. Hopefully it will make me happy just as it does now.
br /The carseat looks very nice! The front adjustment feature(notice a strap in the front of the carseat in the picture?) is convenient. I will have it installed soon. Snugride infant carseat is the best rated carseat so there should be nothing I need to worry about.

Oh my goodness.. FLOWERS???

My hubby and I were delighted to find this stroller. We are expecting our son very soon, I am now 3 days away from 35 weeks. We both loved the blue and brown colors and thought it was quite unique. I received the order today which was VERY QUICK since they shipped it yesterday. But to my horror as I opened the box I realized that those darling patterns you see on the blue part of the stroller carseat are not lines but, they are FLOWERS. It looks like vintage wallpaper FLOWERS. My husband is currently in Iraq but, had he been around when it was opened, he will I'm sure, freak out! Why would ANYONE put flower designs on a BLUE baby item and it's all over!!? I mean seriously? I wish I can return this!!!!
