I purchased this car seat because I watch my 10 mos old grandson a few times a month. I wish it had a better headrest because his head tilts too far forward when he falls asleep. I feel this car seat is average.

Have purchased two of these, one for each car. Baby is comfortable and easy to get in and out. Just using rear facing so far.

I bought this carseat for my son, and when I opened the box, it did not have the little pillow pictured at the top of the carseat. I called the company, they said that I was right and that it should have a pillow and that they would order one for me. They also told me that it was backordered and that I would have to wait for about a month for it to arrive. Five weeks later no pillow. I call again. This time I am told that they are no longer making this style of cover so I probably won't be able to get the pillow, however they would send me something comperable. What they sent was a whole new seat cover with a infant pillow insert for a newborn's head and no pillow at the top of the carseat, which was the whole reason that I bought this style of carseat. So buy at your own risk; the carseat is great for my son but the company has some work to do.

this car seat is plush and seems comfy--i have yet to ride in it myself! For $89 this is a good deal. it's safe, comfy, easy to install, etc. we can take it out and put in another car easily. my baby was tired of lying down in the infant carrier and is much happier sitting up looking around!

I have owned this carseat for over a year and love it. It is easy to adjust the straps and clean out. If you have a child who is prone to catch stomach things as mine is you know that getting sick in a carseat is the worst. This one is easy to clean out and put back together. It is also easy to install. There has been nothing major that has gone wrong with this carseat. I am actually looking for another one for my son. The one minor thing has to do with the restraint system. The belt is all one piece and it can get lopsided, but all you have to do is pull at the bottom of the tight side and it will loosen also if you are having trouble with the restraints being hard to operate, check that the seatbelt you used is not wound up with the restraints in the back.
