I bought this car seat not only because it had great reviews but also because it attached to my bugaboo...However, the minute I put my child in the carseat I noticed something was wrong. He seemed to be too seated instead of being more reclined like other car seats. I even took the car seat to the fire station to have them help me recline it more....Still my child's head would go completely foward whenever he would fall asleep in it. I don't know if mine was defected but I could not stand it... I went and got the chicco car seat and I see a huge difference. My 3 month old is more comfortable and secure without his head going completely forward. Another thing I didn't like about this car seat is how heavy it is.

I purchased this for a friend directly from her baby registry. She wanted the soleo, but received the revi black. I called Amazon, and it took me awhile to explain it, but they agreed to ship her another one today as long as she sends the first one back. hopefully, she will get the one she wants this time, but if this happens to you, DO NOT let them tell you you need to return it for a refund first because it is obviously their mistake. Even more reason - this item has gone up almost $20 since I placed the original order less than a week ago.

I like this car seat and the Aria Stroller too. It's pretty sturdy and even though a little bit heavy (average weight compared to other brands) provides a secure place for baby

EXCELENT PRODUCT, WE DON'T HAVE BABIES YET, BUT WE ARE PREPARE TO BE NEW PARENTS NEXT TWO MONTHS, I LOOK AT PEG PEREGO WEB SITE THAT IT SEAT HAS AN EXCLUSIVE SYSTEM TO KEEP THE BABY CONFORTABLE AND FRESH, SERVICE WAS EXCELENT THANKS TO ALL!!!

I would love to be able to share a review of the actual product - and after having this arrive yesterday and then another today - I thought I would be able to; but alas, like the previous reviewer - I too only got the toffee color, on two occasions having ordered the Revi Black.
So it would seem irrelevant of what color you order - toffee is what you will get. Amazon ended up telling me I NEEDED to take a refund as they do not understand why toffee ships instead of one's chosen color!
I am sure the product itself is excellent and I have an order on the way with another compaany but my advise is if you want a specific color - you may not be able to get it from Amazon no matter what the listing says! Sorry!!

I had to return this item because I received the wrong color.

br /I bought a Stroller in Soleo and needed the car seat in Soleo also. However, the product available in amazon as soleo say Toffee in the description and I received the item is toffee.

br /I contacted several vendors directly and they have the item available in Soleo. However, the item posted in amazon says toffee and I do not have any way to order the soleo one.
br /
br /I do not want to order directly from the vendor, and I would like amazon to solve the problem and offer the item in soleo.
